    Office 2019 purchase

    Office 2019 desktop install is cumbersome. Not TrustedTech's fault -- is Microsoft. Need to Initiate "Download" to "register" the purchase with a Microsoft account. But download never finishes (even after 24 hrs). Then need to install from special offline copy from a previous purchase to get it going. Lots of steps involved

    Not a Microsoft fan, but.....

    Gotta hand the kudos to Trusted Tech, they perform admirably! I avoid Microsoft wherever possible, but sometimes you just gotta have it. This was one of those. Hooked up with Trusted Tech and had my non-subscription copy in minutes. Easy download, easy install. What's not to like!

    Quick delivery but confusing to license

    This is the first time so I was confused. When TTT gives you a 25 digit code, it is for "redeeming". It's NOT the actual Microsoft license activation code. So you have to find and click the "Redeem Code" link in the MS Portal. The install guide provided by TTT did not cover that clearly. Wasted 40 minutes trying to activate it before calling support. After several questions, it became clear to me what I was doing wrong. Other than that everything was perfect.
